Curated & Verified Makers
Not everyone can host on Kriyanesa. Every maker goes through a strict curation process:

- check_circleStudio Visits: Our team visits the workspace to ensure it is safe, clean, and suitable for hosting guests.
- check_circleSkill Assessment: We ensure the maker is a master of their craft and capable of teaching it effectively.
Secure Payments
Your money is safe with us. We handle all transactions to protect both parties:
- check_circleCashless Platform: All bookings are paid online through encrypted payment gateways. No need to bring cash to the studio.
- check_circlePayment Holding: We hold the traveler's payment and only release it to the maker after the workshop is successfully completed.
- check_circleClear Refund Policy: If a maker cancels, travelers receive an automatic full refund.
Community Guidelines
Mutual Respect
We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior. Both makers and travelers are expected to treat each other with cultural respect and kindness.
24/7 Reporting & Support
If an experience makes you feel unsafe, or if a workspace does not match its description, you can report it to our team immediately. We investigate every claim and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts if necessary.
