Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Ticket Transfer

Because our workshops have limited seating and require advance preparation by our Makers, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations:

  • No Cancellations: All ticket sales are final. We do not accept cancellations once a workshop ticket has been purchased.
  • Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at kriyanesa.yk@gmail.com with the subject "Ticket Transfer - [Your Email]" at least 24 hours before the event.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may request to reschedule your workshop session under the following conditions:

  • Contact the Maker: Reschedule requests must be made by contacting the Maker directly through the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
  • Maker's Availability: Rescheduling is only possible if the Maker has an alternative schedule or another session available on the following days.
  • Approval: All rescheduling is subject to the Maker's approval and availability. If the Maker does not have another available session, the original booking remains final.

3. Refund Policy

To maintain a fair ecosystem for our Makers, we adhere to the following refund rules:

  • Non-Refundable: All workshop tickets are strictly non-refundable for any personal reasons or no-shows.
  • Organizer Cancellation: If we or the Maker must cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to move your ticket to a future date.
