For Travelers

Are the workshops suitable for beginners?expand_more

Yes, absolutely! Unless specifically marked as 'Advanced', all our workshops are designed for beginners. The local makers will guide you step-by-step through the entire process.

What should I bring to the workshop?expand_more

All raw materials and tools are provided by the maker. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting a little messy, especially for pottery or batik classes.

Can I bring a friend who just wants to watch?expand_more

To respect the maker's space and ensure a focused environment, only paying participants are allowed in the workshop area. Each person attending must book a slot.

Bookings & Cancellations

How do I receive my booking confirmation?expand_more

Once your payment is successful, you will instantly receive an email containing your Booking Code and the full details of the workshop (time, location, maker's name).

What is your cancellation policy?expand_more

You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable to respect the maker's preparation time and materials.

What happens if I arrive late?expand_more

We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the maker has the right to cancel your participation without a refund, as it disrupts the flow of the class.
